1. Who can join the program?
    The Program is open to individuals aged 21 years old or above possess valid Hong Kong/ Macao Identity Card or Travel Passport.

  2. How can I apply for Sands Rewards membership?
    Visit one of our Sands Rewards counters in Sands® Macao, The PlazaTM Macao, The Venetian® Macao, Sands® Cotai Central and The Parisian Macao to apply for the membership by presenting a valid identity card or passport.

  3. Does it cost anything to join?
    Membership is free.

  4. What are the member levels?
    There are 3 levels of membership in the Sands Rewards program. Gold members must earn 888 gaming points within 6 months to earn Ruby status, or 8,888 gaming points within 6 months to earn Diamond status. In order to maintain your status, you must earn sufficient points before the validity of your card expires.

  5. How do I earn and redeem points?
    Members can earn points when you play at The Sands Casino, The Venetian Casino, The Plaza Casino, Himalaya Gaming & Pacifica Gaming at The Londoner Macao and Parisian Gaming. Members may redeem points at any Sands Rewards Counter or in any participating outlets /restaurants located in our properties.

  6. Do points expire?
    All points have a 12 month lifecycle and will be purged on the 13th month. If no points are accumulated during any consecutive 12 month period, any existing Points will be forfeited and cancelled.

  7. Do I need a PIN Number for my membership card?
    Yes, a PIN number will be required for all point redemption. VML may periodically require a member to produce or update his or her PIN number for security reasons.

  8. What happens if I lose or forget to bring my Sands Rewards membership card?
    Approach any Sands Rewards Counters in any of our properties.

  9. Can I transfer my membership card, points and benefits to others?
    No. Membership cards, points and benefits can only be used by the designated member.

  10. How can I update my personal information?
    Login or via any Sands Rewards counters and kiosks in our properties.

  11. How can I check my points balance?
    By login or via any Sands Rewards counters and kiosks in our properties.
