- What is Sands Rewards ?
Sands Rewards is the Club Reward Programme of Sands® Macao, The PlazaTM Macao, The Venetian® Macao, Sands® Cotai Central and The Parisian Macao which enables customers to earn and redeem points and enjoy more exclusive privileges at our properties.
- What are the benefits of Sands Rewards membership?
All Sands Rewards card members can enjoy a wide variety of discounts and rewards available at Sands® Macao, The PlazaTM Macao, The Venetian® Macao, Sands® Cotai Central and The Parisian Macao. Redeem points in hundreds of outlets located at Shoppes at Four Seasons, Shoppes Grand Canal, Shoppes Cotai Central and shoppes at Parisian, as well earn and redeem points for ferry tickets and accommodation. In addition, each tier of membership – progressing from Gold, followed by Ruby, then Diamond - offers its own exclusive benefits and privileges. For more information, please click here.
- How can I apply for Sands Rewards membership?
Simply present your valid Hong Kong/ Macao Identity Card or Travel Passport at any of our Sands Rewards counters in Sands® Macao, The PlazaTM Macao, The Venetian® Macao, Sands® Cotai Central and The Parisian Macao.
- Do I need to pay for membership or is there an annual fee?
Membership is free, with only one membership per person permissible.
- What types of Sands Rewards membership are available?
We have three tiers of exclusive membership: Gold, Ruby and Diamond. Accumulating a specified amount of gaming points enables a Gold Card member to upgrade to Ruby and then on to the most exclusive Diamond membership.
- What are the criteria for the upgrading of Sands Rewards membership?
Patrons must earn 888 gaming points within 6 months to earn Ruby status, or 8,888 gaming points within 6 months to earn Diamond status. Each card has its expiry date; in order to maintain your status, you must earn sufficient points before the validity of your card expires. If no points are accumulated during any consecutive 12 month period, any existing Points will be forfeited and cancelled. All Points earned from 1 May 2016 onwards will have a 12 month lifecycle and will then be purged on a monthly basis.
- Can I earn and use my points in any Sands China Ltd property?
You can earn your points at Sands Macao, The PlazaTM Macao, The Venetian® Macao, Four Seasons hotel, Sands® Cotai Central and The Parisian Macao. No matter where you earn them, your points are redeemable in any participating outlet /restaurant located in our properties.
- Do I need a PIN Number for my membership card?
A PIN number will be required for all point redemption. VML may periodically require a member to produce or update his or her PIN number for security reasons.
- What happens if I lose or forget to bring my Sands Rewards membership card?
Approach any Sands Rewards Counter in any of our properties.
- How can I update my personal information?
All members can update their personal contact by login or via any Sands Rewards counter and kiosk at our properties.
- Can I transfer my membership card, points and benefits to others?
No. Membership cards, points and benefits are not transferable and may only be used by the designated member. All accumulated points will be credited to your account within 72 hours, while redemption claims will be deducted immediately from your account.
- How can I check my points balance?
You can login to check your point balance or go to any Sands Rewards counter and kiosk located at our properties .
- Can I redeem points on behalf of others?
No. In accordance with the Sands Rewards Membership Terms & Conditions, members must approach an Sands Rewards counter in person in order to redeem points.
